Infocommerce Partners (“ICP”) is a private equity firm based outside of Boston, MA that pursues a specific and differentiated investment strategy: the Firm focuses on making control investments in high growth services companies at the small end of the middle market. We specialize in buying and building companies in partnership with the existing owners or management teams.
Our approach is to acquire successful companies and support these investments with a hands-on, value-added strategy to generate superior returns for all stakeholders. Our transactions provide liquidity for owners, capital for growth and create significant equity opportunities for management. We are long-term investors who seek to build enduring value over time.
ICP was founded in 2014 by colleagues who have been working and investing together since 2000. Collectively the principals bring over eighty years of experience as investors in, operators, and advisors to lower middle market services companies.
ICP targets companies with a history of revenue growth, high operating margins and reasonable capital requirements. In addition, ICP looks for businesses that have management teams with a proven track record of success. We believe our investment performance can be attributed, at least in part, to our hands-on operating support, which focuses on strategies to implement operating best practices, enhance internal growth, and to identify and execute accretive add on acquisitions.
